Delivery is made by various renowned courier companies, only within Romania, within 2-5 working days after successful placement of the order, to the address specified by you. Delivery is made between 9-17, on working days. In case of a Major Force Delivery may be delayed.
Shipping rates may vary depending on the size of the package.
The deadline for returning the products purchased online is 14 days from their receipt by the customer, based on O.G. 34 / 2014. The product is returned in its original packaging accompanied by the tax documents and warranty certificate, issued by the company SMART RUBBER INDUSTRIES SRL.
The value of the products will be sent to the bank account indicated by the customer within 30 days.
The consumer has the right to opt only once for the return/replacement of a product under the conditions of O.G. 34 / 2014. In all cases of return/replacement of products, the transportation costs for return/replacement are borne by the customer.
We do not assume the obligation to receive or exchange the product if it is dirty, damaged, damaged or hanging.

Returned products are shipped by the customer to the address: Str. Sergent Cutieru Alexandru, nr. 25B, sector 6, Bucharest within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The term is respected if the products are sent back before the expiration of the 14 days period.
The direct cost of returning/replacing the products shall be borne by the customer. This includes the cost of transportation and handling.
Small items can also be returned to one of the SMART RUBBER INDUSTRIES SRL stores.
By product on order is understood any item that has been customized according to the customer's preferences (dimensions: length, width, height, surface material, etc.) according to art. 16 point C of O.G. 34 / 2014.
In case the products are atypical, for example: 80/190, 195/205, etc.
In accordance with the legislation in force, the Customer is informed that if the products to be returned show signs of wear, scratches, dents, mechanical shocks, sticking, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, the Seller reserves the right to decide to accept the return or to withhold an amount from the value of the product, which will be communicated after the evaluation of the damage caused.
